Booking Policy


1. Skin & Hair Consultations

1. A skin consultation costs €20, and a hair consultation costs €30.

2. The consultation fee will be deducted from the price of a full skincare set customized during the consultation or from the price of a treatment booked on the same day.

3. If no purchase or booking is made on the day of the consultation, the consultation fee is non-refundable.


2. Deposits for Appointment Bookings

1. A deposit of 20% of the treatment price is required to confirm the appointment.

2. Deposits are refundable only if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of making the booking, regardless of when the appointment is scheduled.

3. If a booking is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.


3. Payment Terms for Bookings

1. If a client books an appointment for the same day, they have 30 minutes to pay the deposit. If the deposit is not received, the booking will be canceled.

2. Clients who book appointments several days or weeks in advance have 48 hours to pay the deposit.

3. If the deposit is not paid within the required timeframe, the appointment will be released to other clients.

4. Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule at the last minute may be required to prepay for future appointments.

If you don’t pay the deposit, you are still welcome to attend your appointment if it’s available. However, if another client books the same time slot and secures it with a deposit before you do, the appointment will be theirs.


4. Who is Required to Pay a Deposit?

1. Deposits apply to everyone.


5. Late Arrivals & Appointment Cancellations

1. To ensure fairness to all clients, appointments may need to be rescheduled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, and deposits may not be refunded.

2. If a client is repeatedly late, they may be required to prepay for future appointments.


6. Minimum Age of Clients

1. Laser treatments, cryotherapy, and mesotherapy are only performed on clients over the age of 18.

2. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to sign the consent form.

3. If a minor arrives without a parent or guardian, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.


7. Hygiene & Treatment Preparation

1. Clients should arrive prepared for their treatment according to the guidelines provided.

2. For facial treatments and consultations, makeup should be removed before the appointment. If a client arrives with makeup, the therapist may refuse to proceed with the treatment, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Before laser treatments, the skin should not be freshly tanned or covered with self-tanner. If a client arrives with intense tanning or self-tanner, the therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment without a deposit refund, as it may affect the safety and effectiveness of the procedure.


8. Appointment Changes by the Salon

1. In rare cases (such as equipment failure or therapist illness), the salon may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

2. If this happens, clients will be informed as soon as possible, and their deposit will either be transferred to a new date or refunded upon request.


9. Final Terms

1. Booking an appointment means accepting this policy.

2. The salon reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at the salon and on the website.
