WHAT IS MESOHAIR?
MesoHair is a hair biostimulation and nutrition treatment aimed at promoting the production of strong hair and treating hair loss. The preparation acts under the skin, biologically activating follicular unit cells and regenerating epidermis, factors that contribute to hair growth. As a result, hair loss is reduced and quality resistant hair growth is promoted. MesoHair is highly recommended to boost the effects of hair transplant because it strengthens implanted hair follicles, activating blood flow, accelerating hair growth, facilitating cicatrization and accelerating cell regeneration process after the transplant.

During the treatment we apply intradermal microinjections with very thin needles in the follicles area. These injections are composed by different elements, such as amino acids, antioxidants, vasodilators, vitamins, polynucleotides and more.

The treatment does not require anesthesia, since the procedure is almost painless. Each session takes about 10-15 minutes and the number of sessions depends on the type of hair loss to be treated.

WHO IS THIS TREATMENT FOR?
MesoHair is especially recommended, but not limited to people who suffer from damaged hair, intense shedding and certain forms of non-scarring alopecia. MesoHair is a proven treatment with an effective and quick action for excessive sebum production or dandruff. DOES MESOHAIR TREAT ANDROGENETIC ALOPECIA?
Androgenetic Alopecia is a genetic condition with no known cure. Because the hair loss in androgenetic alopecia is an aberration of the normal hair cycle, it is theoretically reversible. Certain preparation components stimulate hair growth and promote angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels) within the hair follicles, and locally block the harmful effect of testosterone on hair production, preventing its transformation into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). DHT is one of the main factors causing androgenetic alopecia.

Advanced androgenetic alopecia, however, may not respond to treatment. It is important to remember that, although mesohair does not cure androgenetic alopecia, it is highly beneficial and advisable after hair transplant.
