Shipping policy

At Golden Skin, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Shipping Territory

We currently ship exclusively within the Republic of Ireland.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping, including Northern Ireland or any other territories outside the Republic of Ireland. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the Republic of Ireland will not be processed.

 

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within up to two (2) business days after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and destination within the Republic of Ireland. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond our control.

 

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

5. Out of Stock Items

In the event that a product ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact the customer using the contact details provided at checkout as soon as possible.

In such circumstances, the customer will be given the option to:

  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund for the unavailable product, or

  • Wait until the product becomes available again, at which point the order will be fulfilled and dispatched without the need to place a new order.

The decision will be made solely by the customer. No order for an out-of-stock product will be dispatched without the customer’s explicit consent to wait for restocking. If we do not receive a response from the customer within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
